AC axial fans can operate at 220V, and 115V (24V AC for particular applications) are usually used for cooling and temperature control of a given environment.
The ac fans have an extremely simple design and are characterized by a square structure and an impeller that allows the movement of the blades and the direction of the air parallel to the axis.
The material with which they are usually made is painted polypropylene or polyamide reinforced with glass fiber but they can also be made of aluminum or steel. Axial metal fans withstand high temperatures and are used in extreme environments such as fireplaces or ovens.
