High resolution M3-L linear actuators <\/strong><\/p>\n

The M3-L is a miniature high resolution positioning system with integrated driver and closed loop control. It offers a resolution of 500 nm and is less than half the size and a quarter the weight of comparable positioning systems.<\/p>\n

This compact and powerful motion system helps OEM designers improve performance and reduce tool size in a wide range of applications. It is ideal for fine tuning of photonic, microwave and RF systems. Defense applications include laser beam guidance and aiming, UAV and UGV flight controls, and portable field systems for biomedical and chemical detection and analysis. Medical applications include microsurgical devices and point-of-care systems.<\/p>\n
