For your online payments allows you to pay in the following ways

Payment via Paypal.

PayPal is an online payment system that requires opening an account with PayPal. By choosing this method at the time of payment, you are redirected to a page on the PayPal site where you can enter your credentials to access your PayPal account.

At what time PayPal communicates any irregularity to, the order will be canceled by communicating it by e-mail.

Payment by credit card.

For payment by credit cards we use the PayPal Pro service, through this service it is not necessary to have a PayPal account.

At the time of payment you will be redirected to the PayPal site where you just need to click on the button “Pay with a card”, enter all your personal information, click NO in the field “take advantage of all PayPal benefits” and click on the button “Pay Now”.

In this way the transaction is fast and secure and you don’t need to create an account.

Payment by bank transfer.

Before proceeding with the payment, it is important to receive an email confirming the acceptance of the order.

From the time the transfer is made, it takes about 3/5 days before the amount is credited to our current account.

After 10 days from the date of acceptance of the order without having received the credit of the bank transfer, will cancel the order.

Delivery and Returns

The average preparation time for orders on is 48 / 72h (working days).

Express courier

By choosing home delivery, for orders of less than € 200, the transport costs contribution is € 6,50 for shipments to Italy and € 15 / € 30 for abroad based on the destination area (for purchases from Switzerland, customs duties will be charged separately).

Once the material has been entrusted to the courier, it will confirm the assignment by email by sending the parcel tracking code.

Payment via Paypal or credit card. ships on average within 48 / 72h (working days) from receipt of the confirmation of compliance by Paypal or a bank.

Orders for which paypal or the bank requires an additional availability check are exceptions, for which confirmation times may be extended by 24 hours.

Payment by bank transfer.

From the provision of the bank transfer, an average of 3/5 working days pass before the amount is credited to our current account. From the moment the amount is credited, the shipment is guaranteed in 48 / 72h.


Any complaint relating to product deliveries and their characteristics at the time of delivery must be reported within 8 days to in one of the following ways:

Any external damage or the mismatch in the number of packages upon receipt must be immediately reported to the courier, making the appropriate reservations in writing to the carrier and immediately informing Comestero.

If the products have to be assembled / connected to third party components or incorporated into products marketed by the Customer, it will be the sole responsibility of the latter to verify the compatibility of the products themselves.

It will also be the customer’s sole responsibility to verify the applicability standards of the components in the relevant countries of destination of the final products, including but not limited to those relating to quality, hygiene, safety and environmental protection.
